Josh Groban Kicks Justin Bieber Off The Top Of The Album Chart

Well, someone had to knock Justin Bieber off the top of the chart. In this case, it’s cheerful crooner Josh Groban, whose sixth album All That Echoes is now his third to hit the peak position on the Billboard 200. Josh’s latest sold 145,000 copies in its first week. The 31-year-old singer’s first #1 arrived 10 years ago, in the form of the five-times Platinum Closer.

Meanwhile, speaking of Bieber, his Believe: Acoustic takes a tumble from #1 to #6 this week, as new releases like Tim McGraw‘s Two Lanes Of Freedom and the latest NOW compilation, plus Mumford & Sons‘ Grammy-nominated Babel, step over him. That’s okay — who needs a chart-topping album, anyway, when you’ve got 18-year-old washboard abs?

See how the rest of the Top 10 played out below.
