:: Chris Brown and Drake are going at each other again, only this time in the courts, stemming from their involvement in a June brawl at a New York City nightclub. They’re both trying to avoid paying damages to the French model who was injured in the fracas. [TMZ]
:: Epic Records has issued a formal apology after Lil Wayne ignited controversy with a distasteful lyric about Emmett Till on a remix of Future‘s “Karate Chop.” Till’s brutal murder in 1955 was a symbolic moment that helped spark the civil rights movement. Out of respect for the Till estate, Epic has promised to do everything they can to remove the unauthorized version of the song from the Internet. [MTV]
