Kendrick Lamar On ‘Letterman’: Watch “Poetic Justice,” Now With More Sax
A few hours before his doubleheader at New York City’s Roseland Ballroom last night (February 26), Kendrick Lamar taped his appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman, performing his latest single, “Poetic Justice.” At the Roseland shows, K-Dot was only accompanied by his DJ, but for the late night gig K-Dot was backed by a full band decked out in Top Dawg Entertainment hoodies.
While Drake was absent from the track here, some serious sax action more than made up for it, adding a little old school R&B schmaltz to the track. Watch it up top.
