Watch T.I., Kendrick Lamar & B.o.B. Reminisce In “Memories Back Then” Video
T.I. teamed up with Kendrick Lamar and B.o.B., with Kris Stephens singing the hook, for the nostalgic “Memories Back Then” video. The song has been floating around the Web for a couple months and was supposed to end up on Tip’s latest album, Trouble Man: Heavy Is The Head, but the sample of Gotye‘s “Somebody That I Used to Know” was never cleared. Now, though, it’s out of music purgatory in a revised version to be included on the forthcoming G.D.O.D.: The Introduction mixtape.
The video was shot in California and finds the trio looking back on teen love, with younger versions of the MCs reenacting the doomed pre-flame flings. Check it out up top.
