Celine Dion Teases New Album: Hear A Song Snippet

We’re starting to get a better picture of what’s in store for Celine Dion‘s forthcoming album. In addition to a duet with Ne-Yo, the record will include credits from British producer-songwriter Eg White, who has worked with Adele on both of her albums. As our on-the-ball commenters pointed out, in the above teaser Dion sings part of “Water and a Flame,” originally a duet between Daniel Merriweather and Adele, and which shares the working title of Dion’s album. Does that mean we’re getting a covers album? Begin the speculation.

Also in the video, White describes a track as “a love song, but more bitter than that. It’s got a more annoyed edge to it.”
