When all was said and done, Demi Lovato‘s Demi sold 110,000 copies out of the gate, enough to rack up the singers’ best sales week to-date, but not enough to snag the #1 position on the Billboard 200. That honor instead goes to Vampire Weekend, whose third LP Mondern Vampires Of The City moved 134,000 copies. Just behind the indie-rock act, at #2, is George Strait with 28th album Love Is Everything (125,000).
