Justin Timberlake & Jay-Z Reunite In The Studio With Timbaland & Nas
At this point, it’s pretty evident that Justin Timblerlake and Jay-Z, paired with production from Timbaland, can cook up some awesome tunes in the studio. After kicking off JT’s The 20/20 Experience era with the Jay-Z collaboration “Suit & Tie,” the superstars are heading out on a sold-out stadium tour across the country this summer. But the fun doesn’t stop there: Timberlake, Jay-Z, Timbaland, and Nas spent studio time together recently, as seen in the picture above.
The photo of the four hitmakers was posted on the Instagram page of Lenny Santiago, head of A&R at Def Jam, with the caption: “JAY x JT x NAS x TIMBO Rat Pack shit. For some this is “Work”… For us it’s just Fun. #RocNation.” Details on what the foursome were working on haven’t yet been released, but there’s a decent chance the track could end up on volume 2 of The 20/20 Experience, which hits retailers September 30.
