Scooter Braun, mastermind behind the career of the singing pair of drop-crotch high-waisted Alexander Wang leather jorts that we as a nation call Justin Bieber, is now managing the career of absurdly talented chanteuse Ariana Grande who’s poised for superstardom with her excellent debut single “The Way” and upcoming album Daydreamin’.

“Her album is a throwback to the great R&B of the ’90s,” he said. “She has some incredible ballads on there. We’re talking about putting out one album in August and following it with a second album in February or March… This girl would live in the studio if she had the opportunity.”

As for upcoming singles? He teased one new track in particular: “I don’t know what we’re going to drop next, but I can tell you one of my favorite songs is called ‘Baby, I.’ And it’s such a feel-good record,” he said. “I don’t want to tell you too much. You’ll just have to wait and hear it.”

No word yet on that Ariana Grande-Justin Bieber-PSYCarly Rae Jepsen supergroup I’ve been fantasizing about.
