Neon Jungle’s “Trouble”: Hear The Bonkers Dance Track & Watch The Wild Video

Neon Jungle are the most promising girl group to launch this summer, and after Idolator premiered the teaser for their debut video last week, the full clip has arrived — and it’s nothing short of thrilling. The song, “Trouble,” is a gleaming shot of electrogrit built around the most marvelously nasty hook in a minute — “I don’t look for trouble but trouble looks for me / And it’s been waiting around corners since I was 17” — with some fairly robust rapping and delirious production.

It’s a summer smash, a dancefloor filler, and the kind of enormous, we’re-here-deal-with-it introduction that all the best UK girl groups (Spice Girls, Girls Aloud, Sugababes) have had.

But it’s the video that really shines as a proper introduction to the girls, all swag and attitude as they tear up a suburban house (and party with some teeny tiny dogs), ride their bicycles and generally give the appearance of being much cooler than you.

Coupled with last week’s Monsieur Adi remix (a party playlist must), Neon Jungle are the ones to beat this summer. Watch up top.
