Welp, guess we won’t be hearing an audio version of that “Versace” remix any time soon: Frank Ocean has a tear in one of his vocal cords and was forced to cancel his short Australian tour. “After last night’s concert… it was necessary to seek medical advice due to vocal issues Frank Ocean experienced during the show,” the promoter said in a statement. “It has subsequently been confirmed that Frank has suffered a small tear to one of his vocal cords and has received medical advice that he must rest his voice.”

The singer performed his first-ever show in Australia on Thursday (July 25), but was reportedly off-key and told the Melbourne crowd “I’m sick…I don’t know if you care,” and finished the show without an encore. After receiving the diagnosis, Ocean canceled his four remaining dates Down Under.
