Mariah Carey Working On A Track With Wale & Jermaine Dupri
Mariah Carey is making more Maybach Music. After getting MMG bawse Rick Ross and his cohort Meek Mill on her song “Triumphant (Get ‘Em)” last year, Carey is giving the Mimi-MMG recipe another go, recording a track with Wale. Jermaine Dupri produced that 2012 single, and he has been enlisted in some capacity for this new song, too, according to Wale’s tweet.
Carey earlier this year linked up with a rapper-producer pair, hitting the studio with Young Jeezy and Mike WiLL Made It in June, possibly for her forthcoming album The Art Of Letting Go. No word yet on whether this latest collaboration is a song for Carey’s LP or a Maybach project (Self Made 3, perhaps?), but we can’t wait to hear more from the “Beautiful” era.
