Love To Love You Donna — a posthumous Donna Summer remix album — drops October 22. The compilation, produced by Dahlia-Ambach Caplin and Randall Poster, celebrates the life and music of the sorely-missed pop queen by reworking her classic hits. Contributors include the dance diva’s most famous collaborator Giorgio Moroder, who revisits their 1976 opus “Love To Love You Baby” — turning it into a modern, groan-filled club anthem.

Famed DJs Frankie Knuckles and Eric Kupper take on “Hot Stuff”, while Hot Chip deconstructs “Sunset People”. Love To Love You Donna will be preceded by lead single “Love Is In Control (Finger On the Trigger)” — the handiwork of Canadian electro-producers  Chromeo & Oliver. The full tracklist is expected to surface online soon. In the meantime, check out Giorgio Moroder’s recently unveiled “Love To Love You Baby” update after the jump.
