Lady Gaga Posts Photo Of MTV VMA “Applause” Rehearsal
Lady Gaga just posted a photo on Facebook from the rehearsal for her highly anticipated performance of ARTPOP lead single “Applause” at MTV’s 2013 Video Music Awards. The picture comes on the heels of Gaga’s work with every music megastar’s favorite conceptual artist Marina Abramovic, which begs the question: will her VMA appearance have some of this, this and this, or will it be more pop and less “art”?
We’ll find out on August 25, when the ceremony airs live on MTV from Barclays Center. Other performers include Kanye West, Katy Perry, Robin Thicke, Miley Cyrus, Bruno Mars and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis.
