In his single “Give It To Me, off 2007’s Shock ValueTimbaland took shots at fellow producer Scott Storch (he sure is a target, huh?). But the best surprise came from Justin Timberlake‘s featured verse, where the usually mellow singer (allegedly) went after some of the biggest names in R&B: Janet Jackson and Prince!

Referencing Janet’s post-Superbowl interview with Oprah and Prince shutting down his 2006 single “Sexyback,” JT quipped: “When you’re sittin’ on the top, it’s hard to hear you from way up here / we missed you on the charts last week, damn, that’s right you wasn’t there.” Who knew the “Suit & Tie” singer had it in him?
