Lana Del Rey fans can quench their thirst for new material with recently surfaced demo “C U L8R Alligator”. The eerie acapella track, most likely a reject from the Born To Die sessions, is obviously in its very early stages of development but still invokes the feeling of sadness and impending doom that hung over her debut like a heavy rain cloud.

“So much for chivalry, I know you’ll come to me — I have a way with men like you, baby,” coos the “Summertime Sadness” hitmaker about a destructive love affair. Like most of the unreleased Del Rey tracks to pop up online this year, “C U L8R Alligator” is brimming with promise and bottled emotion. Hopefully, Lana will curate the best of them into an EP or bonus disc for her next album. Listen after the jump.
