Kylie Minogue To Replace Jessie J On ‘The Voice’ UK

If you already can’t get Kylie Minogue out of your head (but frankly, why would you want to?), there’s even more good news a-coming your way: The Australian dance-pop diva has been announced as the newest judge on the English version of The Voice, where she’ll replace Jessie J, who herself was replaced last year by Amber Rose and nobody noticed. (Just kidding.)

“I’m very excited,” Minogue said. “I love the concept of the show and have been an avid viewer of both series.” As for her mentoring style, expect the claws to come out in full force: “Will I be competitive?” she asked rhetorically. “Probably more than even I imagine! Watch this space!”

It’s not her first time taking the screen on a singing competition; her sister, fellow pop superstar Dannii Minogue has been a judge on both British and Australian versions of The X Factor, and Kylie has been known to make appearances from time to time.

While this is Kylie’s first time as a judge in any official capacity, expect it to be love at first sight when the UK greets their new mentor.
