:: Lady Gaga is heading to court on November 4 to battle a lawsuit filed by her former assistant and friend Jennifer O’Neill, who claims the ARTPOP singer never paid her overtime wages. O’Neill (who Mother Monster called a “hood rat”) is asking for compensation to cover 7,168 hours, claiming she was on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week while she worked for Gaga for more than a year back in 2009-10.
