Justin Timberlake Tops MTV Europe Music Award Nominations

Well, Justin Timberlake‘s reign over pop appears unstoppable: The singer has snagged five nominations at the MTV Europe Music Awards, securing nods for Best Male, Best Live, Best Look, Best US Act and Best Video (for “Mirrors”). In related news, “Best Look” is a category at the EMAs. Stay mad.

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis are also up for five nominations, while the usual suspects — Daft Punk, Robin Thicke — round out the rest of the nods.

One anomaly worth noting? Miley Cyrus nabbed a nomination for her “Wrecking Ball” video — so it’s good to know that Terry Richardson-shot nudity goes over smooth on the other side of the pond.
