Jason Derulo Gets Romantic With Jordin Sparks In “Marry Me” Video: Watch
Well! It’s a new video from Jason Derulo, whose new album (except now it’s an EP) Tattoos drops tomorrow, and it’s a whole lot of gooey sentimentality on display for Derulo and his real-life girlfriend Jordin Sparks, plus some prominent product placement for the jeweler Michael C. Fina (sure!), the accessories retailer Modato.com, and the all-important energy drink Neuro Bliss, because happiness means energy drinks and jewelry and shoes. Right? Right.
“105 is the number that comes to my head / When I think of all the years I wanna be with you,” he sings by way of introduction (that’s a long time!) before dropping this lyric: “And you know one of these days when I get my money right / Buy you everything and show you all the finer things in life.” K.
Here’s the good news: Derulo’s body looks bangin’, and Sparks looks typically stunning, so it’s clear that relational union looks mighty fine on these two — but after the deliciously scabrous thrill of “Talk Dirty,” something a little less tepid would have done the trick.
