Jessica Mauboy‘s “Pop A Bottle (Fill Me Up)” video premiered in Australia earlier week but the rest of the world is only getting it now due to those pesky VEVO country restrictions. (Someone really needs to start a petition about that mess). On the bright side, it’s been well worth the wait.

The 24-year-old dabbled in dance music on “To The End Of The Earth” but dives head-first into electro-pop on her latest single. And it feels like an even better fit. Jessica sweet vocal soars over the thundering beats and she even sounds adorable when the audio effects take over and she sounds like a robot. That’s no easy feat.

Produced by Mario Marchetti (the guy behind JoJo‘s “Disaster”), “Pop A Bottle (Fill Me Up)” is big hit for the chart-conquering diva. (Currently number two on Australian iTunes behind Katy Perry). Maybe the video will help her reach the very summit.It’s a fairly simple affair but Jessica looks pretty and there’s some nice scenery. Watch up top.
