2013 is the year of the DJ. Knob-twiddlers like Avicii, Calvin Harris and Zedd have bridged the gap between nightclubs and pop radio with massive crossover hits. It’s a trick Dutch EDM-heavyhitter Afrojack has pulled off several times with hit collaborations with Chris Brown and Eva Simons. He is a safe bet to repeat that feat with explosive new single “The Spark”.

The Spree Wilson-featuring floorfiller hits iTunes tomorrow but we have a sneak peek at the cover. It’s black and has fancy lettering. There’s not a lot to see but the euphoric dance-pop song doesn’t need a gimmick. It’s uplifting, packed with hooks and boasts the all-important hands-in-the-air chorus. Take a listen to Afrojack’s next hit after the jump.
