Katy Perry Promotes ‘Prism’ With Some Sexy New Photos & A Teaser Video: Watch
“Roar” songstress Katy Perry has been kicking it up a notch in anticipation of her new album Prism — her performance of new song “Walking On Air” on Saturday Night Live was impeccable ’90s glamour — and as she continues to unveil the visual campaign for the upcoming LP, that whole letting-the-light-in thing just gets clearer and clearer. In promotional photos for the album, shot by Ryan McGinley, Perry rocks a series of elegant outfits in a series of sunflower fields, shot through with butterflies, but the real emphasis isn’t on the setpieces or even Perry herself, but on the light — it’s sparkly and bright, even sometimes obscuring the photos.
