Neon Jungle Preview Huge New Single “Braveheart”: Listen

UK girl group Neon Jungle have been on the rise all year, and their debut single “Trouble,” an absolute corker, was on heavy rotation all summer long — but they’re prepping something (potentially) even bigger with their next track “Braveheart.” (Ashanti could not be reached for comment at press time.) A snippet of the girls’ sophomore single premiered earlier today on Popjustice, and it’s particularly promising.

Clattering synths and a roaring vocal (“Braaaaaave-heart!”) lead into a dance break with a non-sensical riff before it all drops out and gets ultra-dubby. It’s a monster hook, and it sounds well suited for the clurb (especially the grimy east London type).

Listen below, and keep an ear out for Neon Jungle’s stateside launch — it’s already overdue.
