2 Chainz has dropped gritty video for B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time opener “Fork,” a song that reveals a gloomy side of the rapper that can be somewhat jarring to listeners who are only familiar with him from his knowingly goofy guest spots. The accompanying visual shows multiple versions of 2 Chainz addressing each other, as the song finds the MC contemplating his nightmare scenario: a life in which his records didn’t sell and he’s thrown back into the drug game.
In this dark timeline, Tity Boi’s recording equipment sits unused, as the living room has been converted to a bustling crack lab. Amidst all the stark imagery, though, 2 Chainz still manages to rock an awesomely garish sweatsuit. Watch it up top.
