Kelly Clarkson just got married, y’all! And Jay Leno was very inquisitive about the American Idol queen’s nuptials during her appearance on the Tonight Show last night. “I want to know more about the we. Tell me about the lucky guy,” Jay cheerfully said. Kelly seemed caught off guard, clearly mishearing the “we” part: “The w— oh, I thought you said something else! I was like, there was none of that!”

There was more jokey, innuendo-filled banter between the two of them as their chat moved ahead (“You were my first!” Kelly quipped, which prompted a “now you know how you get in show business” response from Jay). But neither Leno or fellow guest Casey Affleck were prepared for Clarkson, who was too short for her seat, blurting out, “I’m trying not to Sharon Stone the camera… It would look very different [from Basic Instinct]!”
