Mutya Keisha Siobhan Talk Second Single & Channeling ‘One Touch’

Mutya Keisha Siobhan were one of pop’s most magical stories this year, rising from the ashes like a phoenix with their utterly stunning debut single “Flatline” and then — well, all’s been quiet on the MKS front since, as the girls have been out on a UK tour that just wrapped.

But! Siobhan Donaghy says that their next single will be something that hasn’t already been teased (that means no “Boys”!). In an interview with MSN, the pop starlet explained that they’re still keeping details scarce when asked about the next release: “I’m not allowed! The only thing I can say is that the next single will be something we’ve held back, that no one’s heard yet.”

She also says the album will be as eclectic as their Sugababes debut One Touch: “We’ve got some breakbeats and some R&B moments that are slow and some quite dancey pop moments, but it feels like it can live together on the album when we all sing together.”

Sounds more than promising.
