Austin Mahone Goes Hard In Graffiti-Filled “Banga! Banga!” Video: Watch
Austin Mahone is working on shedding his good boy tag with a relatively edgy new hip-hop sound and image overhaul. Take new video “Banga! Banga!”. The 17-year-old chats up a pretty girl, hangs out in a skate park and poses in front of graffiti art. It’s pretty tame but the message is clearly — I’m all grown up!
Of course, he doesn’t push the envelope too far. The colors are bright and cartoonish, and Austin is still performing his trademark choreography. There’s an awkward rap interlude (why is a grown man driving around a park populated by kids? Creepy!) but, over all, it’s a step in the right direction. Watch up top.
