Britney Spears’ “Work Bitch” & Kanye West’s “Bound 2” Videos Spoofed By ‘South Park’: Watch

South Park ran its season finale last night (December 11), and the plot centered on the pressure for females to look like celebrities, even though society’s ideal body image is based on Photoshopped photos. To demonstrate this point, the episode focused on Kim Kardashian, arguing that without digital alteration, she resembles a hobbit. This led to Kanye West going on a mission to prove his fiancee isn’t a hobbit — and in the middle of this quest viewers were treated to a “Bound 2” spoof and a parody of Britney Spears‘ “Work Bitch.”

If that sounds convoluted, don’t worry, you can still bask in the updated “Work Bitch” refrain of “You wanna look pretty? You want a boyfriend? You want a nice ass? You better work out, slut,” as well as some choice lines from the Ye spoof like “My girl ain’t no hobbit / She might be stumpy, that don’t mean she a hobbit… Yes on occasion she hangs out with her dwarf friends / But she never went on no quest with her dwarf friends.”

The satirical animated show last took on Kanye in the infamous 2009 episode “Fishsticks,” which poked fun at his self-seriousness and arrogance, and included a “Heartless” parody. Ye eventually addressed that attack on his blog, saying he was hurt, but also admitting it was funny and that he had to work on making people think he’s “not actually a huge douche.” That was followed by the line “choke a South Park writer with a fishstick” on 2010’s “Gorgeous.”
