LIZ Brings “All Them Boys” To The Dance Floor: Listen

Rising alt-R&B singer LIZ  aims for the dance floor on new track “All Them Boys.” Produced by Mr. Carmack and Colta, it finds the Cali crooner moving away from the twitchy turn-of-the-millennium R&B that influenced her earlier songs in favor of ’90s house. LIZ’s feathery voice, falling somewhere between Aaliyah and Ariana Grande, glides over airy synth pads and an ultra-smooth glam ball beat, but she hasn’t totally abandoned her first love: her swagger and that finger-snapping breakdown are pure R&B.

“All The Boys” is part of her forthcoming EP, planned for an early 2014 release. Hear it below.
