Katy Perry Added To Grammy Performers, Nominees Album Out Later This Month

Another name added today to the ever-growing list of Grammy performers: Katy Perry. For the 56th annual shindig, the pop dollbox has found herself nominated for Song Of The Year and Best Pop Solo Performance, both for “Roar,” but it’s unclear at this point whether she’ll perform that chart-topping hit at the event or opt for latest single “Dark Horse.”

Meanwhile, the self-explanatory compilation 2014 Grammy Nominees will be released on January 21 (the telecast itself airs on January 26), and it finds “Roar” nestled on a tracklist that includes other hits up for the big music industry award like Robin Thicke‘s “Blurred Lines,” Lorde‘s “Royals” and Daft Punk‘s “Get Lucky.”
