Gleeks who are ecstatic over the recent news that Glee will be exclusively set in Manhattan from now on — ie. the current home of fan-favorite characters Rachel (Lea Michele), Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Santana (Naya Rivera) — have even more to look forward to when Season 5 picks back up after a winter break: The upcoming 100th episode will feature practically all of the original cast.

Michele tweeted the above photo from the set last night, which shows her paling around with Jenna Ushkowitz, currently still a series regular, and Heather Morris, who was last seen at the end of Season 4 (but has since left to care for her new son Elijah, who was born in September).

“Love these ladies! @JennaUshkowitz and #Hemo! So nice to have Heather back! #glee100thepisode,” Lea tweeted along with the photo.

Meanwhile, original cast member Mark Salling hasn’t been seen since his character Noah Puckerman headed off to the military in Season 5 episode “The Quarterback,” but both the actor and director Paris Barclay tweeted the following photos from the set of the 100th episode, which feature Salling with Darren Criss (Blaine Anderson), Diana Agron (Quinn Fabray) and newcomer Chace Crawford.

Agron added:

Others back for the milestone episode: Harry Shum Jr. (Mike Chang) and Amber Riley (Mercedes Jones), both of whom, like Mark Salling, last appeared in October’s “The Quarterback.”

Glee‘s 100th episode airs on March 18. Will you be tuning in?
