Stine Bramsen recently regaled the pop-loving masses with a live rendition of her new solo single “Prototypical.” And while it’s a bit saddening to hear that Alphabeat are taking a break for the time being, the general sound of this appetizer ahead of Stine’s yet-to-be-titled album (due out sometime this year) is highly promising.

The studio version of “Prototypical” was released yesterday on iTunes Denmark, where it currently sits at #2 on the digital store’s chart (just behind Pharrell‘s Oscar-nominated “Happy”). Those in the rest of the world, however, can hear the track below, and then download from Stine’s official site. So go on and give the soulful, raucous pop jam a listen!
