Candice Glover Plays The Other Woman On ‘Music Speaks’ Gem “Damn”: Listen
With the release of Candice Glover‘s much-anticipated Music Speaks LP just around the corner in February, it was almost inevitable that tracks would start surfacing online. The American Idol winner acknowledged the leak of a new track called “Damn” via Twitter and asked fans what they thought of it. The response was overwhelmingly positive.
And with good reason. “Damn” is another killer R&B track from the big-lunged diva. Instead of playing the wronged woman like she did on lead single “Cried”, Candice switches roles — singing “damn, damn, damn, I fell in love with someone else’s man” in the catchy chorus.
