Here Is Justin Bieber’s Grinning Mugshot, Plus New Arrest Details

There you have it, Justin Bieber‘s mugshot for his DUI arrest in Miami early this morning (January 23). Biebs made sure to make his first one special, smiling like, well, a drunken idiot. Allegedly.

At a press conference today, police claimed “[Bieber] made statements he had consumed some alcohol, been smoking marijuana and consumed some prescription medication.” According to the police report acquired by TMZ, cops pulled Bieber over after he allegedly raced at speeds of 55-60 mph in a 30-mph zone. The arrest form states the officer “smelled an odor of alcohol emanating from the driver’s breath, and bloodshot eyes… The driver had slow deliberate movements and a stupor look on his face.”

Then Bieber allegedly became confrontational. “Why the fuck are you doing this?” he apparently asked. “What the fuck did I do, why did you stop me?” Police claim Bieber would not cooperate with a pat-down, saying, “I ain’t got no fucking weapons, why do you have to search me? What the fuck is this about?”

Once the cop grabbed Bieber’s arm to place him in handcuffs, the star allegedly began to resist by pulling his arm away while asking “What the fuck are you doing?” Then while in custody, cops say Bieber underwent a breath test and “didn’t perform to standards.”

The star has been charged with DUI, resisting arrest without violence, drag racing and driving on an expired license.
