Jennifer Lopez’s “Girls”: Listen To Her DJ Mustard Collaboration

Re-instated American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez has been prepping new music for 2014, and the first serving is “Girls,” which finds the multi-talent teaming up with “Rack City” knob-twiddler DJ Mustard. It’s a slinky, sexy slow jam not unlike Kelly Rowland‘s “Motivation” (though the beat is a tad bit faster), with JLo making the requisite references to the club, girls just wanting to have fun, gettin’ money and dropping it down.

Cliched lyrics aside, the real hook of the song is Mustard’s eerie synth track that plays monotonously throughout like the soundtrack to some lost John Carpenter movie scene. Hang with “Girls” below.
