Jennifer Hudson means business on her third album. The 32-year-old has left the power ballads behind for the LP’s lead single “I Can’t Describe (The Way I Feel)” — opting for a Pharrell-produced retro-R&B club banger. Think “Blurred Lines” meets Beyonce‘s “Blow” for some idea of what to expect from the T.I.-assisted gem.
To underline the change in direction, J Hud has also overhauled her image. The big-lunged diva heats up the screen in a figure-hugging outfit, strutting her stuff among bare-chested male models and a pair of panthers. It’s a good look and sound for Jennifer.
