Jennifer Lopez Shares Her Feelings On “What I Call Love”: Listen

It’s always cause for celebration when new music from Jennifer Lopez drops. Today (January 29) a previously unheard track called “What I Call Love” surfaced online and fans immediately pegged it as a demo recorded way back in 2010 for Love? I’m not sure if the mid-tempo ballad is being recycled for her new LP or just randomly escaped the diva’s computer but, either way, it’s well worth a listen.

To be completely honest, “What I Call Love” — even in its apparently unfinished state — is still better than “Same Girl” and “Girls”. Jenny serves up her feelings on a platter, singing “whenever you’re too tired I could give you power, go the extra mile in your darkest hour” over staccato beats and synths. If you need a sweet and uplifting pick-me-up listen to J. Lo’s latest after the jump.

Is this more like it from Jennifer? Have your say in the comments below.
