Justin Bieber’s Toxicology Report: Pot & Pills In His System During DUI Arrest

One day after Justin Bieber entered a not guilty plea to DUI charges stemming from a January 23 incident in Miami, Bieber’s toxicology report has leaked, and it found he tested positive for marijuana and prescription medication, according to TMZ. Bieber was forced to take the dreaded “piss test” after his arrest, and THC and Alprazolam (the primary ingredient in anti-anxiety medication such as Xanax) were found in his system. The singer tested negative for cocaine, methamphetamine and other substances.

Bieber reportedly admitted to cops during the arrest that he had been smoking marijuana the night of the incident and taking prescription medication provided by his mother; despite this admission he is pleading not guilty.

As this case was making headlines, Bieber also turned himself in to Toronto police Wednesday (January 29) for a case involving the assault of a limo driver and a member of his entourage. And now he’s facing the celebrity version of a visit to the principal’s office: a petition to have Bieber deported from the US gained enough signatures to require official White House review.
