Candice Glover took a different path than most American Idol winners. Instead of launching her music career with a generic pop song, she showcased her powerful pipes with Jazmine Sullivan-penned ballad “Cried” and channeled all her emotion into impressive debut LP Music Speaks. The 24-year-old recently dropped by the Idolator studio to chat about her album and the transition from American Idol winner to recording artist.
