Matt Goss (Yep, One Third Of ’80s Band Bros) Returns With Jazzy Single “I Do”: Listen

Remember Bros? The devastatingly handsome twin brothers (ok, there was also a random bassist), who scored eight consecutive top 10 hits in the UK in the late ’80s with classic songs like “When Will I Be Famous?” and “I Owe You Nothing”? Well, frontman Matt Goss has launched an unexpected but welcome comeback with new single “I Do”.

The suave Brit, now signed to Virgin Records, has reinvented himself as an old-fashioned crooner in the mold of Michael Buble or Harry Connick Jr. Matt brings major Rat Pack realness to “I Do” — serenading his special lady with romantic words over piano and jazzy percussion. The song features on the 45-year-old’s forthcoming EP, also called I Do, due February 11. Listen after the jump.
