The NBA All-Star Game took place Sunday night (February 16) in New Orleans, and everyone scored like 500 points. So the real draw was all the A-list music guests performing during the weekend festivities. Kendrick Lamar was up first, continuing his current hot streak performing “m.A.A.d city”/”Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe” as part of the Slam Dunk contest Saturday.

On Sunday, Pharrell played the tip-off,  doing a marathon medley of basically every hit song he’s ever sung or rapped on (which is why it was 20-minute affair…well, that and the player intros). And he brought in some help from friends: Nelly for “Hot in Herre” (!), Busta Rhymes and Diddy for a “Pass the Courvoisier Part II” update (!!), other half of The Neptunes, Chad Hugo, for “Rock Star” and Snoop Dogg for “Beautiful.” This was in addition to parts of “I Just Wanna Love U (Give It to Me),” “Blurred Lines,” “Get Lucky” and “Happy.” And, truly, nothing will ever beat Bus shaking it to the Despicable Me 2 song.

Then, after Gary Clark Jr. busted out “Bright Lights” for the halftime show, Janelle Monae joined him with Earth, Wind And Fire, Trombone Shorty and Doctor John for “Electric Lady” and “Shining Star.” Check out Pharrell and phriends up top, and watch the rest below.
