Robyn, Zhala & Robyn’s New Mullet Perform “Prophet” Live At The Swedish Grammis: Watch
In the interest of feverishly reporting Robyn‘s every movement, we’d be remiss if we didn’t mention her new Konichiwa Records signing Zhala, a fellow Swedish singer…and, actually, the only artist to ever be signed to Konichiwa Records (other than, you know, Robyn herself). The two hit the stage at the Swedish Grammis for a performance of “Prophet,” the title track from Zhala’s new EP.
The beat throbbed, cheerleaders who looked like extras from Nirvana‘s “Smells Like Teen Spirit” video shook pom poms, ordinary looking “audience members” sitting on bleachers began writhing and jumping around and there was even a dude in drag on the stage. But, most importantly, Robyn debuted her brand new mullet. Woah.
