The Vamps’ “Last Night”: Listen To The Boy Band’s Jubilant New UK Single
Aiming to give One Direction a run for their money, UK boy band The Vamps made their US TV debut last week on Live With Kelly & Michael. They’ve already been wildly successful in their home country, landing their first two singles “Can We Dance” and “Wild Heart”) in the Top 5. Now the quartet’s follow-up, “Last Night,” has popped up online, following its first radio play on Capital FM.
“Last Night” plays like The Vamps’ most immediately catchy (not to mention most blatantly pop) offering yet from the quartet’s forthcoming debut album. “Wake up in the morning with the sunlight in my eyes, my head don’t feel so right, what the hell happened last night,” the guys cheerily croon on the chorus over the party jam, while a slew of backup-vocal whoaaaas fill the rest of the song.
