Lykke Li Announces New Album ‘I Never Learn,’ Previews New Music In The Trailer: Watch
Back in January, Lykke Li announced that she was planning to release her third album in May. And now, true to her word, the Swede has unveiled the trailer for the album, called I Never Learn, which is out worldwide May 5. It’ll be the final installment in a loose conceptual trilogy started with her debut, Youth Novels and continued with 2011’s Wounded Rhymes.
Lykke previously said that the LP would be a less poppy affair, because she wants to be known as a singer-songwriter. And the song previewed in the trailer is certainly in line with that, sounding like a sprawling acoustic ballad buttressed by some sweeping strings.
