Icona Pop Team Up With Tiësto On “Let’s Go”: Hear A Snippet
Icona Pop are not done giving the world shouty rave pop anthems, as they’re back with a feature on a new Tiësto track called “Let’s Go,” which is a very Icona Pop-y title for a song. The Swedish gals linked up with the Dutch EDM producer/DJ as part of some 7Up campaign involving seven DJs across the globe, and a 30-second snippet of the strobe-lit song can be heard in a new ad.
“Let’s Go” seems to mine that new folk-EDM sweet spot that Avicii unleashed onto an unsuspecting public with “Wake Me Up,” starting with a strummed acoustic guitar before it explodes into your standard electro-euphoria. Hear it below.
