The Veronicas Sign With Sony, Prep Comeback (For Real This Time)

The Veronicas have been largely MIA for the last four years after being locked in an on-going and very public tussle with Warner Bros Records. They resurfaced in mid-2013 and announced that they were going independent but then disappeared again apart from a random video previewing a promising new song called “Sugar Daddy”.

Well, it seems the Australian duo has finally got their shit together. Jess and Lisa announced a new deal with Sony Records in a YouTube video and promised new music and a tour very soon. The sisters, who made a splash on the Billboard Hot 100 with 2009 hit “Untouched”, also shared a couple of new tracks including one called, appropriately enough, “Did You Miss Me”. The answer is still yes. Watch up top.
