Sam Smith Takes It To Church In His Heartfelt “Stay With Me” Video: Watch
Sam Smith‘s “Stay With Me” video is as simple and heartfelt as the beautiful ballad. It finds the London crooner sneaking out of an apartment after an apparent one-night stand and then wandering the (unusually sunny) streets of London until he finds his way to a church and gets his gospel on with a choir.
There’s nothing flashy or showy about the clip but you don’t bells and whistles when the soundtrack is this good. Sam has a busy couple of weeks ahead. He’s performing on Saturday Night Live this week (March 29) and is currently promoting his much-anticipated debut LP In The Lonely Hour as well as his feature on Naughty Boy‘s exploding hit “La La La”. Watch up top.
