Pharrell Joins ‘The Voice’ As A Coach: Could His Year Get Any Better?

That Pharrell reign just won’t let up! The 40-year-old producer will be a full-time coach on season seven of The Voice, replacing outgoing R&B singer Cee-Lo Green. It’s the latest coup for the music mogul, who is currently riding a once-in-a-career hot streak with monster hit “Happy”.

This gig should be a great fit for Pharrell. Nobody has their finger on the pulse of popular music quite like the G I R L hitmaker (from Robin Thicke‘s “Blurred Lines” to Daft Punk‘s “Get Lucky”, he was involved) and the insights he has accumulated over the last twenty or so years in the business will be invaluable to contestants. Could his 2014 get any better?

Is Pharrell a great choice? Let us know in the comments below.
