Sia’s “Chandelier” Lyric Video: Watch Her Blonde Bob Take Over NYC
Sia‘s massive “Chandelier” has gotten a lyric video that perfectly demonstrates the quirky appeal of this spotlight-averse pop master. Sia (well, we’re assuming it’s her) stars in the visual, but her entire body has been digitally erased, leaving only her sneakers and her trademark blonde hair as they take on New York City.
Follow along as the disembodied bob hits the bottle, cartwheels through the street and rides the subway. Considering there are no facial expressions or body language, the clip does a pretty good job of illustrating joy and desperation — which also speaks to how emotive the song is.
“Chandelier” is the lead single off Sia’s forthcoming album, which is due out this summer.
