Madonna Records With Natalia Kills & Former Lady Gaga Collaborator Martin Kierszenbaum

Madonna is certainly up to something. After working on a collaboration with Avicii, she has now logged studio time with Natalia Kills and Cherrytree Records honcho Martin Kierszenbaum (a.k.a. Cherry Cherry Boom Boom). Wednesday night (April 9), Madge posted a photo on Instagram of the two ladies, with Kierszenbaum on the keys in the foreground (according to Billboard), along with the caption “Working the midnight shift with Natalia Kills. 2 girls on a couch… don’t it taste like Holy Water?”

Conspiratorial followers of the dicey Madonna-Lady Gaga narrative will be quick to note the history here: Kills and Gaga were former labelmates at Cherrytree, and Kills was dodging Gaga comparisons during that time. As for Kierszenbaum, he of course had a big role in Gaga’s launch, serving as A&R for her first two releases and scoring credits on four Fame tracks (he even got a shout-out on “Eh, Eh”). The snake eats its tale.

So, yes, looks like Madonna is certainly up to something.
